A LITTLE ABOUT ME
The Wyatt Goodrich Team has over 28 years of combined experience in the mortgage industry. Senior Loan Officer Renee Goodrich is a Nashville native, and has an exceptional depth of knowledge and experience in both the mortgage and local real estate market. Senior Loan Officer CJ Wyatt, Renee’s son, is a veteran of the Army National Guard, and also provides expertise across VA, FHA, and conventional loans. The Wyatt Goodrich Team focuses on building client relationship for life. It’s why they have hundreds of repeat borrowers, not to mention endless referrals from friends and families. Renee and CJ live and lend in the same community where their customers reside, and both are active supporters of community initiatives such as Meals on Wheels. Renee also serves on the board of the You Can Make It Home Ownership Center in Smyrna, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that empowers Middle Tennessee residents to achieve their goals of financial well-being and home ownership.
